Student Housing Information

PCMA is pleased to offer discounted housing rates for PCMA Student Members attending the 2010 PCMA Annual Meeting in Dallas. Student Member housing is fully integrated into the online registration/housing process. Student Members are encouraged to register for the meeting and book housing online.

Important information:

  • The number of discounted rooms for Student Members is very limited. Discounted Student Member rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. After discounted Student Member rooms have filled, Student Members will pay the regular housing rates.
  • Housing deadline is December 10, 2009.

  • You may register and book housing online or by downloading the registration and housing forms. NOTE: You must register prior to being able to reserve housing. If registering by mail or fax, you must submit both registration and housing forms together. Student Member rates are discounted.
  • The discounted Student Member rates will AUTOMATICALLY be shown when registering/booking housing online as a Student Member (once registration is completed, you will be able to access the online housing reservation site) based on availability. Discounted Student Member rooms will AUTOMATICALLY be reserved when registering as a Student Member via fax or mail, based on availability.
  • All hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in (currently 15% - subject to change without notice). Rollaway beds may incur an additional charge. You will be able to specify requests for 2 beds and/or rollaway beds on the housing form (either online or the downloaded PDF form if registering by mail or fax) under special requests.
  • Reservations will ONLY require a credit card number guarantee.
  • Hotel reservation changes to another hotel within the PCMA room block will be accepted until Monday, December 28, 2009 by accessing your registration/housing record on the website or via the PCMA Housing Bureau in writing via e-mail at PCMA@Laser-Registration.com. Cancellation of a reservation without rebooking in the PCMA hotel block will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Changes and rebooking of a reservation will be accepted by the hotels beginning Tuesday, December 29th and only based on availability.
  • Acknowledgements of reservation request will be sent after each reservation form is received/processed, as well as each time a reservation is modified/changed and/or cancelled. For online registration/housing, acknowledgement is immediate. For faxed/mailed forms, acknowledgements will be sent within 2 business days of completion of processing. Please review acknowledgements carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 14 days of submission, please call the PCMA Housing Bureau at 1-800-428-3035 – U.S & Canada or 514-228-3035 - International.
  • Changes and/or cancellations made on or before Monday, December 28, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. (CST) should be made online by accessing your registration/housing record or in writing via e-mail PCMA@Laser-Registration.com. Changes and/or cancellations must be made directly with the individual hotel after Tuesday, December 29, 2009.
  • Cancellations for all PCMA participating hotels must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival. A first nights’ room and tax non refundable cancellation fee may be automatically charged to the credit card on file by the hotel for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival and no shows.
